First of paying that much is insane for a 8 yr old WJ. I know it has low miles an is a HO but you could have gotten a really nice WK for that price that is 5 yrs newer.
As for the OP selling the WJ, if it's paid for and you can swing the insurance keep her. But even with the low miles now a days people don't really care about miles. Newer cars can go 200k+ without major problems because technology has gotten so much better.
Back in the day when a car was turning 100k people would off load them. When those cars hit 100k that like our hitting 30k. It's a drop in the bucket on todays engines. With the way the economy is I doubt you'll find someone to pay 15k let alone 13k for a vehicle that is almost 10 yrs old. I could be wrong, but I just don't see it. Good luck with whichever way you choose to go.
But if it were me and it was paid for and I could afford the insurance too I would just hold onto it..
