I generally don't care what people spend money on unless those same people complain about not having any money. As for my money, I'm definitely not spending any of it on those rims and tires.

Im gonna play devil's advocate here for a minute. How is this so different than paying good money to change out the back end of an exhaust system, purely for the pleasure of having a Jeep "sound awesome" which I have seen on this forum lots of times?
Remember...Just playin devils advocate.

The exhaust change doesn't hurt your eyes.

The video was amusing. I'm curious why a dude in a super duty diesel would be meeting the gangsta jeepster? Typically those are different crowds.....Lol.

Guy is welcome to do whatever to his vehicle, I believe in performance mods myself. Anything that adds to performance, offroad, onroad, speed, I just cannot wrap my brain around those rims and tires.

I'll play....

I think it's different because a cat-back is an improvement over stock in most cases. If you're talking about a phart can muffler or just a really loud muffler, then there is no difference...but if you had a rusty old muffler and decided to upgrade to a stainless cat back (for example) that had a little mellower sound, I think that adds value. Mostly because it's stainless. Also because it weighs about half of what the stock one did usually. 60" wheels with rubberbands for tires don't add value. They detract from the utility and usefulness of the vehicle. You can argue a cat-back, especially if it's time for a muffler replacement anyway. You can't really defend wheels like that for any "good" reason other than aesthetics.

I don't see the value of those ridiculous tires any more than I see the sense of trucks slammed down within inches of the ground...and those 1952 Buick Roadmaster phony exhausts are beyond absurdity....but I also know there are guys, on this forum too, who change the back end of their exhaust systems with aftermarket systems and install cai for the sole purpose of improving the sound. So in those cases, I guess it's to each his own.
I wonder who makes tires with absolutely NO SIDEWALLS, anyway!

Everyone has their own style or thing but this looks like a bag of smashed a**. That "look" is beyond ridiculous on any vehicle.
