It was cleaned/lubed up when new pads and left front caliper were replaced in the summer of 2014. With the winters we have in east central Iowa I am not surprised about this.

The maintenance schedule calls for 18000 miles or 18 months lubrication interval. You can easily do this yourself, maybe you can get it working ok again without replacing the caliper.

Caliper swapped and it was indeed bad. Cleaned up the slides and hit them with never-seize and buttoned it back up. As of now, both front calipers have been replaced in the past two years. Now to get the 3" exhaust installed.

I put on a complete Power tech kit a year or two back. It was a pretty nice kit with pads, rotors, calipers the whole nine.

Smells like the valve cover gaskets are needing replaced too. I drove it to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore this morning and it looked like Cheech and Chong took up residence under the hood...
