No chrome, no black...

I'd go with bright silver accents, either painted or machined finishes with clearcoat. That way you don't have that bling factor, but you still compliment that dark blue.

Is this a road Jeep? If so, I would say chrome.

If you do some offroading, chrome won't last and I would go black or silver (like a brushed aluminum).

Was that originally a chrome grill and if so wat did you do to prepare it for paint and wat kind of paint did you use?

I am guessing that was to me??

I used scotch bright pads to prep the "Chrome" then cleaned it well and hit it with a primer for plastics, and some PPG black paint. You can get the same kind of results from rattle cans though. I've heard the Krylon for plastics works well for this.
