Me neither, there aren't may 600's around loads of 500's and saw a CL55 AMG which would be nice also. I imagine the V12 would sound absolutely incredible with a electric cut-out and give me more smiles than miles per gallon! Don't care about MPG though.

I'm looking at between 7-9k ($11k - 14k) and there are loads and the mileage is low too all under 80k some just 40k!

I am also gob smacked at the insurance as its half what I'm paying at the moment but that was taken out before I was 25 and that does make a huge difference here.

No American muscle sadly, not many specialists here and parts are too expensive to import - hence why the Jeep went. Would love a old 70's muscle car tho!

$11k-$14k doesn't seem bad at all for a V12. And we have the same experience here with insurance...it goes down dramatically at 25. That's the magic number. At least it was for me. Whatever you end up doing, I know it'll look incredible by the time you're done with it, and you'd better post up LOTS of pics!

I guess you always want what you can't have. For me to get into something like what you're looking at, I'm sure I'd be at $25k easily here, but 70's muscle project cars are a dime a dozen.

TJXJWJ, did you swap the side leds on your Gen 3s? They have a great white look, whereas on other pics, especially those on the bay of E, Gen 3 leds look blueish to me. I really don't like the look of blue aftermarket leds on a car, makes it look cheap IMHO.

Stunning ride by the way.

Yes I did. Those side LED's are just plug-in 194 bulbs, so when I bought all the other bulbs for the front, I bought 6 total 5k 194 LED's to use in there. I wanted to make sure all the color temps matched. 5k is about as white as you can get before it starts turning blue.

Unique ride; definitely a lot of thought went into the exterior... It would be interesting to see how you treated the interior. Got any pics?
