Removing No 4 & 5 Injectors

Hi Everyone what is the best or easiest way to remove No 4 & 5 injectors ?
(2.7 CRD Ov)

No 1 Looks dirty and sooty cooper washer looks tired
No 2 Looks Clean cooper washer clean to
No 3 As No 2
No 4 & 5 Looks like they are suffering from Black Death luckily No 4 is loose I can slide it up but can not remove it easily.

That seems to be a funny job to do, or lowering the engine, or cutting a hole in the body

I shall look into this. i'm going to have all the injectors checked out, sort out my Black Death and a few other jobs on the fuel/engine system.
