I've not lifted mine but have researched it quite a bit...going over 2-2 1/2" adds a whole other world of driveline issues like Frank said. Serious safety issues (google jeep death wobble) come in to reality as well. If not done right it will basically eat your driveline. For a 4" the Superlift looks like a good kit...

Spacers ...the cheap way out. Springs/strut//shocks is a real lift but much more expensive. From what I have read the taller lifts use a combination of both s/s/s and Spacers
