Hello everyone,
it has been a farily mild winter thus far in Michigan with barely any snow until today, which we only got an inch...
Last week i washed my Jeep and took a few pictures...

so i almost considering putting my Jeep up forsale yesterday to buy an Red '03 F-150 fx4 with 90k miles but my dad said to just save up for a new one in a couple years instead of dealing with another used car. Then once i looked at these pictures i realized i have way too much time and money invested in my Jeep so ill keep her for a while longer.. I love my Jeep:cool:

I am shocked the belt moldings on my 04 that has spent it's entire life in Ohio are still in good shape. You see maybe 1 out of 100 WJ's where they aren't all bubbled up and nasty. Where'd you get yours?

I bought the window belts from rockauto... $126 shipped to my door and it only took a couple days... Unfortunately I haven't installed them yet but they look nice in the garage lol

Ordered them from autozone a couple years ago when I first bought my jeep. They are the the in-channels avs, $45 at that time. I love them!

Lookin good!

I need to do the window belt moldings too, mine look just as bad as yours. I was gonna go though rockauto too, just for jeeps is expensive!

I hate these things... I think they should have put hardened plastic instead of metal in them... Just my opinion... But on the other hand, I'm really starting to like rockauto!

Thanks guys...I might ask my local dealer too just for laughs.
And I agree...there's a place for hardened plastics on cars and this is one of those places. I never had any issues with the ones on my older XJ.

Don't even waste your effort buddy go with Rockauto.I got mine from Mopar and paid something like $230 for em. Sad thing is they haven't been on for 2 years yet and one of the rear bastards is starting to get a little bubble already:mad::mad::mad::mad:

I think they "pre-rust" them before they dip them in rubber. I've got one of my originals that's starting to show it's age, which means it's only a matter of time before the rest start. Friggin salt.
