Spyder Halo Projector Headlight and fog light Remodeling Help

I have always wondered why my Halos on my Gen 3 Spyder Halo Projector head lights and fog lights were not as bright as everyone else's but when I got HIDs installed yesterday, He told me they were LED Halos .
I want to remodel the head light by painting the interior black, changing the reflectors to carbon fiber, and putting CCFL Halos in. Because I have never done this, I have so many questions. Any help is appreciated!

Questions:
-What are the dimensions of the halos in the fog lights and head lights?
-Where is the best place to get them?
-What type of paint should I use for the interior of the head light?
-What type of LEDs are the side 3?
-Could I just heat up my GEN 2 Spyder tail lights to open them and paint them too?

Ha! Just saw this post. The PMs should have answered all your headlamp questions. I've never baked or opened tails. Some guys here might have. All I did was have factory ones tinted, and changed out all the bulbs with LEDs from VLED.

I have spyder gen 2 tail lights that I just tinted last night. They actually look pretty good so I don't think I'll open them. Tinting is actually a really good idea!
