after three shops looked at it i have swapped the transmission and still does not work correctly. ill do more messing with it i guess. trying to figure out out how to get the harness out. sorry for such a late update.

If you ever remove trans again look at harness where it bends on top of trans, by solenoid connections and trans tunnel bending up

Do you still have exactly the same fault codes? If so, then almost only a wire problem is left over. Not easy to get the wire bundle out, because it goes to many other sensors and controllers and is quite inaccessable at the aft side of the engine. If you have a buddy you could try measuring the wires again, while one pushes and wiggles the bundle along its lenght.
Or take it to a good electrical specialist who can do it for you. You first need to know exactly how to measure and what reading to expect before you can make any conclusion.
