In my defense it was getting a little quiet around here Valve body is no big deal buddy. Only thing I would suggest in looking back is one of those old impact drivers that you hit with a hammer or at least a high quality hex shaft phillips screw driver. Those accumulator plate screws were tight bitches. I was gonna upload the destructions but the last page got corrupted somehow. You can download them from Transgo's site though. Read em over. Good pics too. Trust me bro I am THE even a cave man could do it guy

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

You guys are hilarious!
Last weekend I replaced my radiator, hoses and antifreeze. Since I was working on the front anyway, I finally put in my new header panel and new grille color matched. I like the grille color matched so much better than the black!
Next up is carbon fiber accents and a back up cam

I don't plan on it, only doing it because it's a new addition to what I do, and because sales have been s-l-o-w........The sale price for unlimited re-tunes is giving it away.

Email is best...... I finally fixed the link from my ID here to go to the proper email address.

I am very, very, very tempted to just get this. My brain is saying 'wait until the annual inspection is done first'...

The brain has won so far but if she gets a clean bill of health on Friday (I'm only worried about front brakes as there is some corrosion on the rotor edges) I will be in touch for the SCT tuner + tune package...

Would be good to hit the track with a nice tune next month.

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Regarding this tranny snip... Is there a guide out there on doing this?

Heck, I know its just terminating a wire but what one and where. I want to do this to firm up the tranny. The Sharadon Performance Stage 2 on AIRRAM.com is screaming out to me but this would be wire would be a cheap fix until some major work gets done...

TIA!

Oh, my TCM is seperate from the PCM if that makes any difference.

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

It's the #10 green and yellow wire on the PCM plug on ours over here Marty. Hopefully yours is the same.

Lol actually taking out the valve body seems pretty straight forward, its the mess of transmission fluid I always seem to make all over the garage floor every time I pull a tranny pan that I don't look forward to. Price looks good too, its gonna cost more in fluid replacement than the transgo kit!

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Is there a diagram for the pin somewhere or are they marked on the connector?

Or is it pretty freaking obvious anyway?!

EDIT: When you say PCM plug do you mean TCM or is it on one of the 3 PCM connectors?

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

I'm sorry Marty. It's the one that plugs into the Trans Control Module #10 green and yellow. Snip that puppy and you'll start smiling! You have to pop the cover off the plug to see this.
