Next up for me will be to install these aftermarket halos. They just came in today, so I'll hopefully get them on the car sometime this weekend

Thanks! Yeah I got them off of EBay for $170.00 which seemed pretty good considering I've seen them elsewhere for ~$230 if I'm not mistaken. Didn't want to go too high end because if everything goes right I'm hoping to have WK2 in a year or so.

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Very nice. Was one of the best mods I've made to my car.

For everyone else JOTM is back up and running. I know that the WJ section hasn't done well in the past but still just wanted to let everyone know....

Link on 01grand's guide? Used the search tool and couldn't find it.

I will take a look at all of the suspension components. I really think at this point in the jeeps life it could use a suspension overhaul though, you know?

Also; do new aftermarket track bars make a difference against new oem track bars?
I would do Addco Rear sway bar the stock wj bar you can bend by hand.

Also replace shocks, your coil spring rubber isolators prob need to be replaced also.

Get a Moog Super Trailboss Steering stabilizer.

that should refirm up everything.

What am I doing to my WJ next? Sitting in it...trying to console it. Poor thing...this happened to it yesterday:

I remember when it was a young whipper-snapper....

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

I know bro. I remember driving mine off the lot in '07 with 33,526 mi on the clock. Now its got 73k on it which still isn't too bad I guess but it's not my "almost new" car sitting in the garage anymore.

Nice I just hit the 157,000 mark about a week ago. Got my WJ back in 07 with about 70,000 already on it

Ok... I just got my led bulbs in for my blinkers, reverse, and brake lights. I'm having an issue with the rear brake lights and front inner blinkers. When I connect them the tail lights don't work but the Brake lights do (I've already checked the connections). It's the same with the front blinkers, blinkers work but running lights don't. I know they are dual lights so do I need something extra? Thanks.

Ha just wait til she's about to roll over 160, that's where I will be in a few weeks. Anyone else notice his spedometer shows he was going 70 when the pic was taken?
