Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Not 71 or 69 (I did that for all you perverts), but a PERFECT 70.

I know they are dual lights so do I need something extra? Thanks.

Do you have resistors hooked up and is the polarity correct on the bulbs? They only work one way...you may have to remove the bulb, flip it, and try again.

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Got the license plate sensor system installed yesterday, again, one of those things that took an embarassingly long amount of time to do. Took a total of probably 3 hours....

Works fantastically though, so in the end its all worth it. Looks pretty slick too.

As you wish. Will get better pictures tomorrow. The sensors are in the upper left and right corners of the license plate.

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

So they are backup/proximity sensors?

Indeed. Or, actually, "ultrasonic" sensors. Heh.

You think it was something different?

By the way, fantastic buy. You can buy it for $37 from amazon, fantastic deal, or get it price matched to that price at etrailer. Phenomenal deal Imo. The beep definitely sounds a little... Cheap... But who cares. Works perfect, and someone more mechanically inclined than myself should have zero trouble installing it in under an hour.

Yeah. The resistors are good and they're in the right way. Because they are dual lights (parking and brake / parking and blinker), I'm going to have to get different led bulbs. For some reason, the ones I got off eBay don't work.

Hey, you never know...they could have been some kind of crazy high-tech scrambler to keep certain "equipment" from reading your plate, at which point I'd be even more interested.
