Redid the tail lights (even though I couldn't get the LEDs to work for the brakes (I need different bulbs) and gave her a bath, inside and out.

Yep. Just tape off the reverse light area and spay a couple coats on it.

Yes. Otherwise it will start to peal the rest off too. Make sure to go slow when you peal the tape off.

I got the idea from here too. I've seen a couple people that has it like that. I believe tjxjwj has it like this too. I used to have the entire light blacked out but I really like this way better. Plus your reverse lights work better too. ;-)

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Installed Overland rock rails on my '01 WJ Laredo. They were rusty, so I cleaned them up, had some spots welded, painted them and bolted them in. Very happy with the results! Next? Plasti-dip my JK Wrangler wheels since I haven't seen a set done yet on a Grand Cherokee.
