I work for Ford. I got the knob off an 07 Explorer Sport Trac that I replaced the shift assembly on. I had to drill it out to fit the shaft on the Jeep but I love the result.

Bilsteins came in today! Just doing rear for now. Swapped the hard rubber boot for the accordion style for better clearance. Had some rubbing issues with the 20x10 wheel in the rear. Also have some wheel spacers to help coming in!

Swept it out since I left the windows open while using the string trimmer and leaf blower. Fail...

Don't feel bad Trav. Removing lawn mower chute because grass is too wet and mowing close to our motor home(that was for sale at the time) = fail, fail, fail, fail, fail

Got the new bezel in today. I'm happy so far. It looks good and it doesn't feel cheap. Should get the new hu on Tues and we'll see how it looks.

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Getting new heatercore on Friday, should only cost me 500.00 and save me a days labor, bit expensive though! it will be nice not to smell antifreeze all the time and no more steamy windshield yeah...

If you are doing it yourself, there is a good video on YouTube on how to take apart your dash. It only took me about and hour.

New Optima Red Top went in over the weekend, along with a lot of elbow grease. Full detail and correction, inside and out.

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Finally installed my Highflow Cats... I was waiting for my stock ones to finally implode, and they did last Tuesday.

Spicer u-joints will be ordered next week, I am going to talk to my neighbor who owns a shop about getting my PCM tweaked a bit for a little bit of fun, TRANSGO and Sonnex is sitting in the garage waiting for install, drill slotted rotors have been ordered along with EBC pads they should be here this week, and finally going to pull the trigger on some new shocks after I do a bit of research... That should keep me busy for a little while.
Any one know bigger/better calipers over stock?

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Most WJ's just upgrade to the Akebono front calipers if you already dont have them.
