Yikes that sucks, I've been putting off doing mine, which is just somewhat blocked at the moment so the heat is weak but still somewhat functional. Also found out today that I need a new torque converter...

My 99 was expensive to wire the alarm, new remote with 1 mile range, and to have that remote unlock all doors. I think I paid $700 out the door.

I was told 550 for starter and alarm! And then they didn't install the alarm and told me it's 200 extra.

I guess our WJ's need some extra module in each door to unlock all 4 doors with an aftermarket remote? I call BS but I just gave them the money and said go for it lol

Thats what my new key fob did after they had to install the extra modules in the doors. Again I call BS on there end but hey, its only money. Ill just grow some more lol

Just picked up some rubicon wheels and tires tonight for 200 bucks off Craig's list!!! Can't beat that. Gonna give the jeep a whole new look.
