So pops orders his truck this week. The countdown begins as the WJ is in her last weeks.

The Jeep threw a rod last Friday morning. I emptied her on the side of the road of everything personal and then watched as the tow truck too her away. RIP.

It can read,It knew what you were up too,It was pissed Sorry to hear bro but it was time anyway. Here's a great site to check out when you get your new ride. Ford Truck Enthusiasts, 1948-2011 Ford F150, Super Duty & SUV owners community and information source. Covers F100, F-150, F250, Bronco, Ranger, Explorer, Expedition, Lighting, Escape and More Been around for 20 yrs and full of great info. I used to hang out there when I had my '96 Super Duty. Don't think you're checkin' out here though, you still have to see if I ever finish my suspension writeup.

haha I just needed her to make it to Thursday this week! But it's fine. At least she made the good-bye easier then having to drive it 30 mins to the dealership to turn in lol. Thanks for the site! I'm already starting a list of mods: CCFL Halos with 6k HIDs (I don't understand how people drive around with regular headlights), tint out front windows, CB Radio, air tank in the bed, and light bar in the grill! She's got 335K miles so I don't want to mess to much with the engine or suspension! I might throw in a CAI but that would be it.

I ain't going no where! I need to see you finish that damn lift and since I'm a lifetime member I going to use it to harass you! Plus where else will I get my beer, redneck, strippers, and carbon fiber discussion fix.

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Guess who's finally driving his WJ again! The poor thing has been sitting since the end of September but its finally running right again! After several shops telling me it was going to be a $1800 fix I found a mechanic who is a friend of my sister in law to install a new torque converter for $300 after hours. So I brought him the Jeep, the parts, and the cash and I'm back in business! So glad to have my 4x4 back just in time for winter to start getting nasty.

Sorry to disappear for a while, I guess not driving it affected me deeper than I thought...

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Just had a stage 2 remap
After installing me addco rear sway bar and 4 new tyres and painting my wheels
And ordered myself some nice drilled and groves disc for the front with some Ebc pads
And some new Montez rear pads discs and shoes
Now I don't no what else to do
I still have to remove the catalytic converter
