As clean as it will probably ever be.........unless I can talk Tony into doing it. Honestly it doesn't like being all shiny.

Holy back from the dead! Hows it going? I put a set of at3's on the expy in feb. So far so good I guess. No real miles on em yet but heading to Fla next month so they'll get a workout then. Not really a Cooper fan but the price was right for 18's.

It's only "clean" if you have stripy floor mats like I do....

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Changed the track bar bushings today. Bought them of e-bay, but they where send from Taiwan. Quality seems to be ok, but only time will tell. I had changed the trackbar some years ago with an Omix Ada bar, but at one side the bushing already had play on it. The strange thing is that i ordered the bushings for my 2004 Grand Cherokee, but the bushings didnīt fit the original Jeep trackbar, but they did in the Omix Ada bar. Original Jeep bar needs 38.5 mm bushings and the Omix bar 39.5 mm bushings. So i just changed the bushings from the omix bar and now its ok again. Also received all the 8 bushings for the front control arms, now i will have to find time to change them.

Speaking of stripey floor mats bro'what is a good cleaner for that show every spec of grime tan? I'm in the middle of doing the lift on my Expy and the interior is taking a beating from me getting in and out all grubby.

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

I've always had good luck with your typical household carpet cleaning detergent (my wife always has some on hand for the carpet shampooer). I soak the mats with super hot water, spray some detergent on, and scrub the ever-living ish out of it. Rinse and repeat until you're happy, then shop vac dry.

Anything designed to remove pet stains or to clean up after kids tends to work. I've used the pressure washer in the past too.

I second the Simple Green as well...I've done that and it does work very well. I'm just not a fan of the Simple Green scent inside the vehicle. I've also used it (diluted) to clean interior door panels, scuff plates, gas and brake pedals, etc before throwing on a protectant. Gets the grime out of vinyl surfaces and the carpets. Probably the best all-around cleaner I've used. It works under the hood too.

Full correction coming up in a few days!!! The excitement is "compounding".

It's been done quite a bit. If you haven't checked yet, try the electronics section of the forum and do a search. I've not done it myself...still running the old RB1

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

I liked the look of the factory radio but couldn't stand the tape player so I upgraded to the 2002-2004 radio.
