Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Yeah buddy on Saturday. Stopped me (Karen)dead a few times. I actually had to break out the shovel and then give wifey a little coaching on firewalling the skinny pedal. Sh@t started to happen then It was tough we were trying to talk to each other on speakerphone.

Got to love that Quadra Drive. Every tire had a job to do.

He does leave way too many opportunities though. I had actually wanted to comment on the Wacks Off part too... but didnt lol Like he says though, what he does in his spare time is his own bidnass.

Those are neat pics of the camper though. How long did it take you to get it out?? (Ive learned from experience though, if you park on 2x6's or 2x8's, it wont sink as bad )

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Nice work buddy! I can't believe it was that badly buried in there...it's been dry as desert over here on the other side of the border. Not that I'm complaining....

Your ride is really living up to that CAT front plate!

To keep the thread going...

I am going to install front tow hooks and replace the front door speakers when packages from members arrive.

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

I had issues with my rear calliper sticking over the past few weeks; ordered a caliper rebuild kit and flexi-pipe for it.

Turned out, it was the parking brake drums that were sticking onto the rotor which also affected the caliper (probably heat expanding the metal or something). Anyway, what I was thinking would be a cheap repair turned into three times what I was expecting to pay.

Totally gutted... I was going to treat myself to some GHD hair straighteners + dryer too.

Jeep related, I'm going to refit my stock throttle body this weekend as I feel the 72mm is a bit much for a stock motor. Will be going back on when the motor gets built next year.

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

Good to see you got the beast unstuck Dave!

Marty: rear brakes suck. Lol been there done that with mine.

Next for my WJ: nothing. Pay off current mods and repairs, and enjoy how nice it drives now. And start thinking of my next mod. Hmmm, it could use exhaust.... damnnit.....

Re: What are you doing to your WJ next?

I really need to do something with the rear sway bar (clunks like crazy going down a bumpy road/just about every road here)... Meh, it can wait.

I paid mine off in April and I'm still poor.
