wj 4.7 wont start

Hey guys I have a 2002 wj that had a bad piston I took off both heads marked my spokes on both the chain and sprocket so I wouldn't throw my timing off, I put everything back on and went to turn it over and it didn't fire I'm getting air and fuel and my timing should be the same....seems like it cranks slow but for some reason it just won't fire .....any ideas or help would be appreciated

Re: wj 4.7 wont start

Did you check the timing after assembly, just to be sure its right? Did you check for any DTC set? All connectors removed for the heads removal where reconnected and no fuses blown?

Rolled it over by hand and the chain and sprocket marks matched everything is connected that I can tell except for a few breather hoses and I'm not getting any codes....I don't know if they have to be hooked up or a ground isn't hooked up right but I'd think a ground is a ground
