WJ Rogues for Laredo

hello all,
last week I picked up a set of these Rogues off a wrecked WJ Limited (02). These wheels have always been attractive to me and was pleased to find a set in decent condition for relatively cheap. I will need to grab 2 center caps off ebay as 1 was missing and a second was damaged and since removed. As you can see I will need to polish them up a bit, but most of the exterior finish is in nice shape. Some of the inner wheel is corroded a bit; which I am open to ideas and experiences with smoothing this out. (green scrub pad??) Prolly gonna run black lugs with it bc i like the contrast i have seen on WJs with SRT reps/black lugs. (you know who you are) Anyways these will be my spring set so Im gonna grab some high tread take offs from a tire whole seller online. Simply cannot afford new rubber for a spring set, if Im dropping coin on rubber, its gonna be a snow set. Well here are the pics, and of course more coming once they are buttoned on!

Looks good! I wish I could find a deal on those wheels, I've always had a crush on the rouges too.

Re: WJ Rogues for Laredo

Yep...best stock wheel that Jeep put out through 04 in my opinion. I considered a set of those before I decided on the SRT replicas. Those are sweet! Hopefully they will stay looking good since you're not running them in the winter.

Very nice find!! I got a set but the chrome is coming off and I can't seem to find a place to rechrome them so I plasti-dip them flat blk they look decent against my blue! Enjoy them

Re: WJ Rogues for Laredo

Hey Gtx, how is the plasti-dip holding over the chrome? Do you have any pics? I have a spare set (my original rims) that are pealing off on the inside and I was thinking to plasti-dip them on the inside and keep chrome on the face

Great! Thanks for the link! When the weather gets better I will try to do only the inside. Mine are still good on the face.
