3. What size would it be ported 2?
1. Yes. TX should be about 10-15 bucks.
2. How soon you need it back? I've done single-day turnaround before for "special cases" but it's a bit of a hassle for me. Not to mention overnight shipping= extra $$$$$$. I would expect 5 days or so from the day you send it to the day it's at your door. Could be less, I always estimate conservatively as this isn't my full-time job so it's dependent on my schedule.
3. I'm working on Chuck's 4.0 TB at the moment, but I haven't measured it. I take it as large as I feel comfortable with. Theres definitely some meat on the inlet and the backside.

Please PM me for future reference, I respond fastest to those as I get notifications for PMs, but not subscribed posts.

Re: New Pricing for FRP Throttle Bodies

I'm in no hurry but more than 5 days seems like alot and i dont want to pay the extra money for shipping lol
I think i will have to wait till January when i start school again and just take the bus... the price would still be the same at that time right?

Well, considering we are talking about shipping it from Texas, to Florida, then BACK to Texas all in 5 days, it's not much time. I am also a full-time student so as you can imagine I fit porting these TBs in as my schedule allows.

I don't plan on changing the pricing at this time. As mentioned above, in light of the holidays and me going on "vacation", I don't plan on doing any porting until approx Jan 10.

I understand. Alot of people can't go without their vehicles, and thats what holds them back from getting their TBs ported it seems.

Once my money situation improves perhaps I'll buy some cores on my own.

That is not correct- the TB on a 2008 3.7 V6 is a aluminum piece. the intake manifold however is made out of a plastic or some sort of composite.

Re: New Pricing for FRP Throttle Bodies

I'm a little unclear on the costs...
If I wanted a 3.7 TB fixed up could I pay you and you just mail me one? How much would that cost?

If I wanted to mail in my own 3.7 and have you send me back a ported/polished TB how much would that cost?

It's 90 bucks if you supply me a TB to port. If you purchase a spare and send me back a stocker after you install the ported TB, you get 50 bucks returned to you.

I have a 06 FRP Ported TB for a 3.7 coming back to me (due to a mistake with a fellow customer), if you are interested in it please let me know via PM

Re: New Pricing for FRP Throttle Bodies

Prices have been revised. The numbers are higher but it is only because I've included a 10 dollar flat shipping fee for most.

Hector I did recieve payment, beyond that I dont recall what you had messaged me about...

I get on average 2-3 PMs a day from various members and while I try to keep it all straightened out, it's easier said than done sometimes.
