Well, I've heard that the 2005-2010 Charger LK headers by Kooks can fit our pre-2008 WK's.

From there, I could have a shop fabricate a true dual catback with a Super 40 DI/DO acting as an H-pipe.

kooks, obx can. i think tho with the kooks you need to trim the trans bell housing a touch for them to clear

I like saving money, so I might end up building my own catbacks without welding. How good are Summit's exhaust clamps at keeping the system sealed?

I would go with kooks but do some research american racing heards. Alot folks go with them too.

they havent started making them for the WK1 yet. a user on here is getting them made for his and they will start selling em if they have enough interest
