What's wrong with shorties? I reckon they have more restriction than long tube headers?

well restriction isnt an issue on the tubes. my primaries are 1-3/8th diameter. which is huge on the v6. problem is they dont make the torque that long tubes do. the power band they make power at is from 3,000 and up.

they are def better then the stock logs i had

Then lets switch to a 5.7 or 6.1 engine that will solve all your problems. Lol seriously but u will have wider range of goodies

only if i blow up the 6. besides i dont wanna give up my handling balance by putting a engine thats 150 pounds heavier, and sits further forwards in it. that would move my weight balance to much

Thats good all u need is the power. See if u can change out the cams, heads, throttle body, and a intake. That will give a 100+ more horse power. Or go with a turbo. Stage6 makes good ones.
