2005 Muffler-Tip Suggestions

I have 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.7L V-6 and have thought about adding a muffler and tip to it to make it sound a bit better but not to agressive. Thought I would ask others for their suggestions. I did read where some have put the Magna Flow 2.5" muffler with Magna Flow tip on but I am not sure if they had 3.7L engines like mine or if this is a good choice.................Thoughts??????? Thanks

I did just get a Airaid intake filter system but have not had time to put it on. Thinking both would be nice additions to a otherwise stock 2005.

Re: 2005 Muffler-Tip Suggestions

With the 3.7L, i have one too, youre better off getting the loudest most aggressive muffler, and dumping it. (may be/is illegal exhaust within the passenger cabin)

I use FlowMaster Super 44 series, and dumped it a foot after the outlet of the muffler. sounds GREAT in the low end. Sounds just like a V8 in the idle. when you get to 6grand its a bit higher pitched but doesnt sound like a ricer
