Hey man! This is Sheiss D. Ryan. Glad to see you're on this forum!
I'm willing to bet that these headers are the way to go. I have an 05 5.7 WK, and put on some 06-10 SRT8 headers, but they were a massive pain in the arse. Had to cut out the reso's from the headers and weld in new cats, which had to be the right ones, or they wouldn't fit. Had to find my own O2 sensor harness extensions and supply them to the shop, the list goes on. It was expensive and frustrating. If I were to do it over again, I'd get these headers and then a nice catback. As it stands, I have a dual Flowmaster 50 setup that sounds sick, but if I had waited a few months and gone with these headers and a catback, I would've spent about half as much.

Re: 5.7L American Racing Headers!

I am waiting for someone to get these and do a write-up on the install. Things are so tight under that hood I can't imagine what a nightmare it is to get these in. It was a pain the rear to put headers on the 5.2 and 5.9 as well.

Re: 5.7L American Racing Headers!

As far as I know the SRT8 and 5.7L headers require engine mounts to be removed for more room.

That is correct; it's one of the issues that the shop ran into when they were installing the SRT8 headers on my 5.7L. I really wish I had waited for the ARH set.

Perfect! Building a 392 stroker from my 07 grand cherokee limited with the 5.7, dropped an intake seat so now is the perfect time. Can't wait to find good headers with the midpipes and full exhaust that will bolt on without alot of mods.

Re: 5.7L American Racing Headers!

Any updates with this? I emailed them a few weeks ago to no avail. I work nights so I really didn't feel like staying up to call.
