I have no speeding tickets or moving violations on my record. My above post was only explaining the speeds I can hit in each gear. I openly admit I have hit 132 and was still creeping up. My top speed runs are only done on the best conditions during the summer months. I am not starting another war as I will finish it.
Exactly as I thought. Just because I wouldn't do a top speed run now doesn't mean I haven't done one before (although it has been a whole ). I completely understand what you were saying and I didn't mean to condone you. I was trying to make clear that I am not endorsing doing a top speed run, but I am not going to say the behavior is extremely stupid because, in the right conditions, it isn't (although I can't say it is a good decision in any way, just that it isn't always a terrible one). Going 132 MPH in the conditions you described is safer than a lot of things. I was using the texting while driving example as something more dangerous than driving fast in those conditions, but another one would be driving on the Autobahn. It is safer to drive fast on an open road in the US than it is on the crowded Autobahn in Germany. All of this being said, going slower obviously is safer (as is not texting while driving) and decreases your chances of getting a massive ticket, which is why I always stay within 20 MPH over.

That's not bad at all. A full cmr tune will further increase those numbers too.

Oh yeah I hadn't thought about that. Are there any piggyback tuners i.e. Diablo or superchips for the 3.7?

I'm no expert but they should be able to do a cmr tune then. Atleast give you an accurate tune to load from your hypertech.
