So I have SRT reps on the way and this weekend I'm going to a buddies house and taking my stockers off to clean the brakes. I'm thinking about going all out and replacing my brakes or just the pads or something. What has everyone done to their brakes and what do you guys recommend?? I don't have a large budget fyi.. if you can include prices with stuff that will help big time... thanks guys

Replaced OEM rear brakes for OEM rear brakes. The fronts are still at 50% for me so I didn't touch them but the rear pads/rotors resurfaced/labor cost me $250+/-

witht he chrome wheels your gonna notice brake dust more. When i had the stock brakes I had Bendix ceramics on the rear(I was getting more dust on the rears) and Bendix Titaniums on the front. they are a low dust as well. it was like $75 for front and rears. I suggest you lube the calipers pins as well while you have the wheels off.

If you're brakes doesn't need replacing....leave them alone...no need to mess with em when they still have life left in em...clean em, and paint the calipers RED....I'm sure you're gonna wash you're Jeep before those pretty chrome reps turn brown/black with brake dust...lol..
