Brakes!

What is the best rotor/pad combo for my 2000 WJ thats not gunna put a huge dent in my bank account? i was thinking maybe EBC performance breaks and hps pads but i really have no intellect when it comes to this part of my jeep.. any help is appreciated,thanks

I got the EBC solid rotors which seemed fine - in the 10 miles before they warped (calliper issue BTW)...

The Premiums looked great but are probably noisy, I had grooved R1s on my WJ before and they are did make a fair bit of noise. Numerous people here reported having noises from drilled/grooved rotors. I found the HPS pads a little noisy too.

R1 concepts rotors are great though, I'd recommend their premium solid rotors and EBC Green Stuff pads or another brands ceramic pad.

EBC yellow pads DP41664R, and some good rotors; Hawk are not good for our aplications.
