Re: BWoody Sway Links

They really tighten up the suspension and help rid the wallowing too; there is a bit of a tradeoff, as the bumps are felt more since there is no give, and no ball joint on the links. On smooth roads, these are great, but for going off road, I don't think this is a mod you would want.

You'll need to lift the axle off the ground to do the swap. I went to a local Monro Shock Shop and they charged me like $80 so that's an option.

Good luck!

Re: BWoody Sway Links

tighten them ON the ground........or a ramp. NOT WITH THE SUSPENSION HANGING.

and grease the heck out of them. mike suggests anti-sieze or marine grease.

Re: BWoody Sway Links

Has anyone done a step by step for swapping out sway bars? I have a set of SRT sway bars I wanna install if easy enough.

It's super easy. The fronts you don't even need to lift it or take the tires off. The rears are more of a pain so the wheels gotta come off. It's really easy. Took me 20 min to do the fronts!

Just take the old sways off and put the new ones on after greasing the bushings
