Re: Escape's Hemi Punisher is running, new pics!

My friend got a vid of the Jeep too. I just need to figure out how to get it off of Facebook or have him email it to me. You can hear the Jeep idling at the light a block away.

I'm going to give it a try. One way or another I will make it fit and get it to work.

I've seen this beauty and even driven behind it a few times. Words can't describe how this Jeep looks, sounds, and just flat out blows ever other car off the road. Every time I'm in Jacktwon I always just drive around a little bit hoping to see it. I was behind you on around memorial day while fireworks were at Cascades and you definetly made those things sound like whispers. Awesome ride!! Keep it up man!!

Re: Escape's Hemi Punisher is running, new pics!

Can I get more details on your suspension setup with out the adjustables, any issues with rough ride or hitting bumpstops?

I'm wanting to get my CRD as low as yours

275/315 Nitto INVO's on stock 20" rims
SRT 33mm front sway
SRT 20mm rear sway
SRT Road Magnet version 2 coils springs powder coated Red
SRT Bilstein Struts front - Bump stop cut in half
QA-1 16 way adjustable rear shocks - Bump stop cut in half

or

(SRT Bilstein Shocks rear - Bump stop cut in half)

Rides perfect set to 7 which is one click stiffer than stock.

There is one bridge I try to avoid as it has a huge lip and it will cause the back to bottom out, front is fine with it though. All my vehicles hit there though so it's nothing to do with the Jeep. It's the bridge that sucks.

Speed bumps, pot holes, etc are all fine just that darn bridge lip. The 275/315 Nitto tires make a huge difference just do NOT run them in winter! Rain or shine they are perfect, snow or ice they have 0 traction and a 10mph max speed.

Thanks for the info, did you run the upgraded bumpstops and cut them or just cut the factory stops in half?

I'm guessing from stock height you achieved roughly 2" of drop all the way around?

any rubbing on those tires?

The front Bilsteins come with new stops that I cut in half
The rears are factory stops that I cut in half
3" from factory drop
No rubbing at all
