I still have not done any 1/4 runs to see of any improvements.

Hypertech looks like its the only way to go on the 06s. I went through almost all of the 06 PCMs on my master list and while some were showing in my software, it would not allow me to format as a tune.

Does the hypertech do any datalogging?

just as an added two cents, I did the hypertech last week, and my jeep hauls cock compared to before. 20 rims though, nothing bigger. with a flyin ryan TB and intake.

Well traded my Jeep, so never had time to dyno.

Unprogrammed and returned to stock tires before trading in.
Now time to have a Jeep garage sale.
