i would say magnaflow... i have a 3.7 and it sounds pretty good. not too ricer but def not a v8 growl

^^ Irf's is loud! It you want quiet I would suggest Borla. I love mine...sometimes I forget I have an exhaust untill I open her up and then it is audible bliss IMO!

I like a flowmaster, I know it wasn't on your list but I the sound is awesome from a 40 series. As for your intake if you are knowlagable with fabricating/don't mind putting stuff together I made a cold air intake for my WJ and saved a ton of $. Good luck man.
