Intake and Exhaust

Thinkin about getting rid of the ugly exhaust underneath the Patriot as well as getting an intake as well, not so much for performance gains but more so to get a little bit better gasmilage

as for intake im thinkin either AEM or K&N intakes both around the same price...

I'm just tryin to figure out what exhaust I want and wanted to see what you guys think sounds best...

MBPR?

Mopar?

Magnaflow?

Borla?

or Hushpower?

Re: Intake and Exhaust

I like my Thrush Welded. They also make the louder version, Thrush Turbo.

Took a quick vid. Running cold with a 3.7L:

Hums nicely at 2500rpm and sounds just beefy enough without going over the top IMO.

Re: Intake and Exhaust

I've had excellent results with Magnaflow. Stay away from anything with a chamber or baffle type design.

Re: Intake and Exhaust

It's hard to beat the magna flow. I have only had the cat back systems on V8's, but they always perform just like I wanted.
