Never heard of that. Can you explain why and how they are supposed to have done this?

Where are you located?

I think he is saying that his RPM's are locked to about 5,000 or 5,500 when WOT.

Re: Jeep Summit 5.7

Yeah on neutral the rpm doesn't pass 3800 rev.
I'm just planning to increase my horsepower or you the tazer unlocker kit, plus if anyone knows about lowering the car?

I have air suspension does any one have any clue about the lowering kit links on eBay it's for Mercedes ml500 actually but it fits my car.

Re: Jeep Summit 5.7

Home made lowering links:

Quadralift lowering/leveling/lifting Links DIY

Need more info on Lowering Links for a WK2V8

Lowering Links: Airmatic vs. Adjustable Air Ride

Never rev the engine in neutral or park. The engine needs a load on it. Free wheeling the engine in neutral can grenade the engine. One of the worst possible things you can do.

Re: Jeep Summit 5.7

guys can I know where can I find these links for summit 2014, and what about the air suspension will it work normally ?

My understanding that the normal mode drive will be similar to the entry/exit ... and the entry/exit will be lower right ?

Re: Jeep Summit 5.7

Grizzly carries the needed parts. It's all in the thread.

Yes, if you have Quadralift (air suspension) the lowering links will work with your Summit. Just follow the directions in the threads. They are adjustable but you don't want to get them too low or the suspension will bottom out on the bump stops and ride really rough and hard. Measurements are in the thread to prevent you from going too low. Good luck and post your results.
