Kooks headers for SRT 2012 instal?

I ordered kooks headers and connection pipes for my SRT. Does anyone know about how long of a process should the instal take and what can or should I expect to pay for this type of service? I have also been told that I should have my jeep "tuned" in order to get the maximum hp gains from the headers? Can anyone please elaborate on exactly what this means as well? Oh, and what about the gaskets that come w the kooks headers; I've read they wear out prematurely? Should I look into ordering new OEM ones for the instal? If so, from who? Thanks guys/gals!!
