So I have a 2014 grand cherokee altitude and I want to add a flowmaster to beef up the sound of my engine.
Problem is flowmaster/mangaflow don't make a muffler for my model yet.
Any thought???

There is a thread on this somewhere (same idea) but they wanted borla. I think they were going to replace the two mufflers with borla ones but from my experience the V8 systems are a direct bolt up to the V6 ones. As long as nothing has changed too much between 2013 and 2014. You could always go with an axle back which will replace both those in the back as well.

I want to say like 275 ish? I had to get the stainless steel one due to the salt here. Install was only 30 bucks tho. Just cut the old pipe and there is a lip on the new pipe that slides over it weld it and done. Muffler was fully broken in after a month when you get the actual sound. You said you have dual right? If so you would prob get the Hemi set up. Same as mine just with a left side

Well like I said I have the 14 altitude and it's actually 2in and 2out on the muffler, and nobody carried that yet so I'm tryin to explore different options to beef up the sound a little. That's exactly the price range I want to be in...so any info you can give on where u ordered it would be great...I have a 3.6l v6 so it might be different

Pretty much they take off the stock ones and replace them with the gibson.. Here is the gibson website it's more because obviously you need dual.. Stainless is about $530

http://gibsonperformance.com/products/retail_prod_annoucement.php?product_number=17407

However....... I beleive this is the place I got mine from.. Lists at $389 and not sure on shipping.. It says V8 but if you look at the gibson website they are for the V6 and V8. But a hell of a deal compared to that crappy box that comes stock! :D

I have a 2011 JGC 5.7. Replaced two rear mufflers with two 11 inch magnaflows. Sorry don't have model numbers. Also replaced the large center muffler with the magnaflow muffler that has built in X pipe. Model 11385. Next I will replace cats with magnaflow high flows part number 51354. Currently the truck has a good growl and no drown. Looking forward to sound after replacing cats. I also have K&N CAI.

Chicago style, I live in Chicago too. Where did you buy and get installed? Mr. Kustom is charging $571 for the steel and about $750 for stainless.

I was going to them because they are also replacing some exterior trim that I am swapping out on my Overland for black..door handles, grille insert, paint calipers, tail lights and rear badge that requires removing the tailgate? It does not have the adhesive backing. I would go to 2 separate places but haven't found any place yet.

Thoughts?
