Re: "Mwoody" Finished product

Just a bit too big, haha!

I'm going to make a run back to Lowe's and go down a size. I did some more measuring so I'll be sure to get something that fits this time, lol.

Question! What is that line that connects to the airbox and runs across the bay, then connects somewhere on the drivers side of the motor?

Ahh yes, the old trip BACK to the hardware store. lol. That hose i believe is called a vacuum port, don't quote me on that. Not sure what it does, just be sure to re connect it on the intake.

Ah, okay. Fawk, one more thing I'll need to integrate, lol. I wonder if those with the BWoody just deleted it... hmmm...

Re: "Mwoody" Finished product

I doubt it, you should be able to find some kind of a 1/2" hose connector, you have a drill?

Yeah, I'll just drill out a hole and integrate it.

Re: "Mwoody" Finished product

Really all you need to do is find something that is round and will fit in the hose. Then just shove it in the hose, drill your hole in the pvc and plug it in.

Re: "Mwoody" Finished product

Alright, well I returned the 4" and...... bought more 4", lol. I think I can make this work this time though... oh boy, haha.

I'm going to mock it up when the engine cools down a little. So far I'm 30 bucks in. The filter should be somewhere around 50 shipped and then I'll need some plumbers strap (likely) and some random fittings... probably end up doing this for lest than 100 bucks!

Yeah, I'm thinking some sort of rubber or PVC fitting will work.
