Miles traveled vs gallons used.

Get a log book.

Fill up your Jeep.
Reset your trip meter in the EVIC
Drive till you need fuel again
Fill up your Jeep
Look on your receipt and it will tell you how many gallons it took to fill it up
Look at your trip meter in the EVIC
Divide how many miles you have traveled by how many gallons it took. = MPG

Repeat if desired

I put in an Airaid and DS on 87oct tune but use 89 and it jump me about 2-3mpg on the highway. Was getting 17-18 but now I can touch 20-21 going 60-65. Around town I'm screwed 13-15mpg. I also replaced the egr at the same time so that could have helped as well. FYI thats babying the Hemi which is hard to do.

make sure your tires are inflated exactly as they should be, and drive like there's a raw egg between your foot and the pedal. That's usually good for a few mpg's, and it's free. Other than that, make sure you're up on your maintenance. Then the rest of the recommendations that have been mentioned would be your next step...intake,exhaust, etc.

There is really nothing you can do to get anything better than a mpg or two to be honest. If you look at my sig, you will notice a picture link to my fuelly page. You can check that out and see my lifetime averages of mpg and cost for fuel. With over 34k miles tracked, id say my numbers speak for themselves.

Bored or Ported TB will typically help mileage some, usual gain appears to be ~1MPG, I've heard as much as 2.5 (NikonKiem's results). If you were to drive 600 miles a week and gain 1 MPG with gas being 4.00/gal, you'd make your money back in about 15 weeks. Of course, as gas goes up (and it will go up this summer), that timeframe will decrease.
