no difference, all you need is that spindle due to as Scott mentioned the bolt spacing. No one will sell it without the hub/bearing being as they come together so I say Cleveland PAP is your best bet. Sold me mine for like $800 to the door both sides, not bad deal at the end of the day for a hard to find part haha. GL with your conversion

Simple question, if we get only left and right spindles for changing over the standard calipers to the SRT8 Brembos, do we need special tools to disassemble/assemble the spindle-assy? ---like bearing puller/inserter e.t.c.

You will have to find someone with a manual. Im not sure because even the new one had the hub etc.
