Re: Subtle sounding exhaust options?

The borla stuff does sound great and I would describe it as a gentlemens exhaust. It has a very refined sound to it. Agressive but not obnoxious and well built.

Not obnoxious? Have you heard the Borla Stinger systems? They're pretty bad. I'd love to get rid of mine. Constant drone, constant vibration that makes the interior rattle.

Re: Subtle sounding exhaust options?

I would say Borla, much like other companies, depends on the application and the type of system you purchase. Also consider our definations of obnoxious may in fact be very different. I once had a 400 block in an s-10 with straight pipes...that is obnoxious.

I still say Borla is a well built component at the very least and overall I think it sounds the best out of the straight through mufflers I have heard. The only that is still unheard by me is the Hooker Max flow.

Re: Subtle sounding exhaust options?

if anyone could describe the exhausts in one word, they would be:

borla = loud, corsa = sexyyy for the srt8 of course, not just a generalization
I love the Corsa with some Kooks or SW headers, its the only sound I ever want to hear

Re: Subtle sounding exhaust options?

I like the sounds. Because the exhaust is too loud. The people will surely amaze with the sounds. I like your video links!
