Re: Swaping sways & springs myself...

I just took my eibachs to 4 wheels parts here in Orlando. 170 installed. 250 installed and aligned.

took like.... 3 hours?

well worth the money to know its now covered under a warranty.

anything they install, they warranty

Re: Swaping sways & springs myself...

OK so sways and springs are getting stored till I get Bilsteins and bwoody sway links. and have it all done at once. But the Bilsteins raise it and SRT springs lower it so would it change the height much ya think?

Re: Swaping sways & springs myself...

I think you might be thinking of a different place.

These guys are more of a "truck" place than a jeep place. Not that they dont do them, but, this is redneck city for all those 4x4 losers. :P

the bilsteins initially raise the ride by a little ... all new shocks do that until they settle plus you won't even notice the raise ... they tend to level out after a week or two and you won't even notice that difference so don't look at the bilsteins as if they're gonna change ur ride height they're gonna be new shocks to go along with the springs ...

as for the sway bar you can do it without the bwoody links, those are easy to do without even lifting ur car so u can install the sway bars and buy the bwoody links whenever

Re: Swaping sways & springs myself...

really Nate....you wont need new shocks/struts for awhile....unless your truck has more miles than I think. The SRt springs would be fine really for quite awhile. But the best option is to buy new shocks/struts. I know myself...I would have evrything installed and then worry about the shocks/strust when the time comes. Add the bwoody links when you get a chance/money too. They arent a requirement.

Re: Swaping sways & springs myself...

I just hit 25k today. so It would be safe to do the sways and springs now and next year do Bilsteins and links?

So you can't drop the jeep at all with bilsteins?
