I have been researching polyurethane bushings for sway bars. I would like to know the front and rear diameters of a stock WK and also for the SRT. I will be getting at least the rear SRT sway bar soon, so if they are different diameters I wont waste the money getting them first. right now im looking in the Jegs catalog, at the universal poly bushings, or is specific Jeep bushings needed? Oh, and I do know for sure the SRT front sway bar is thicker, but im not really sure I even want to get it any time soon if at all.

And is grease-able fittings better or doesnt really matter?

i did the Addco bar, which is thicker than the srt8 and the wk, on the rear.

for the rear, Energy Suspension part no# 9.5158 is the greasable bushings.

i wouldnt waste money on bushings now. wait until you get the sway bar you want.

and greasable is beeter, if you use the proper grease. proper grease is grease made for poly bushings. typically sunthetic grease so it doesnt eat up the bushing.

You are right after thinking about it. Im going to go with the rear srt/commander sway bar and greaseable poly bushings. For how I drive, which is not "racey" at all I think I will be pleased with just the rear srt upgraded sway bar to compliment these srt Eibachs I have.

I want to upgrade because it seems when I go over bumps on the highway the rear seems to shift on me, almost making it feel unsafe. I want to fix that.

Id like to swap out all stock bushings if possible with polyurethane ones. Or are the links not changeable? The front sway bar bushings I to do, whats the stock bar diameter of it? I'll do the rears when I buy the srt sway bar in about a week, going to go pick it up from J4J to save on shipping and MA tax since they are 30 min from me.
