Tire Pressure Monitoring

So if you get aftermarket wheels w/o TMPS, is there anyway to get rid of the fault light and chime coming on? Pull a fuse somewhere...??

Only been a week and its already getting old, dont really want to pitch for new TPMs for the new wheels...

Thanks!

Re: Tire Pressure Monitoring

there should be a way to shut it off since i bought my secondhand JGC with STR rims without TMPS sensors and i have no fault lights or chimes. The previous owners should have deactivated it. In the tire pressure monitor in vehicle's computer i see two dashes (--) instead of the pressure right next to each tire.
