I ordered a cold air intake to increase horsepower and try to gain back some mpgs. I got to thinking about it and decided since I just turned 60k on my 2006 5.7L WK, I'd might as well change the PCV valve, EGR valve, spark plugs and wires, and clean the throttle body. If anyone has any other suggestions as to what else would give me better performance/ horsepower, please feel free to help out.

exhaust, and a ported throttle body are what most folks on here have had success with. as far as regular maintenance, you've got it pretty much wrapped up. Make sure your tires are inflated where they should be and that you're up to date with the recommendations in your service manual. Other than that, MPG's aren't going to get much better.

If you have a lot of crap laying around inside your Jeep...get rid of it! Less weight is always good.
