Update 1 - went to Corsa website and looked up claim email. Sent email to email@example.com
. Waited a few hours, then called the office line. The operator never saw my claim, said the address was wrong, and send it to Mike instead and gave me his email. Oh, and he's out of the office until Thursday by the way. Oooookaaay. Would be great if there was someone else available, but I guess not?
I'm off to the start I figured...conveniently didn't receive my email, only one person can help and isn't around!
Hopefully not a sign of things to come. To be continued Thursday I guess!
