Yeah, Maybe a 6.1L Hemi but I wouldnt waste my money to drop in a 5.7 for that money I could probably get my 4.7 rebuilt to make more HP than the stock 5.7 would.

The thing with porting the TB is that without porting the intake manifold, you're not going to get the full benefits. There are benefits to extrusion removal process that could affect air flow and improve it somewhat but we're talking about 5hp at best.

You need to look at porting the TB as part of the overall intake process. IE, CAI, TB, Intake Manifold and combine that with improved tuning to account for the 'better air' into the engine. Of course you can also tag on exhaust manifold, cats and cat-back exhaust as other components to investigate.

If I buy an 08' manifold would it be worth it to have it ported and polished? Can they polish them anymore? On my old engine they were metal these new ones seem to be some sort of poly plastic so I assume they are pretty smooth inside already vs. the old cast ones.
