wk eibach vs h&r lowering springs.

Hi everyone. I'm looking into lowering my 07 JGC and was wondering if anyone has any experience with the h&r spring. I've seen a lot on the eibachs but none on the h&r. Want to know what the drop is and what the ride is like and some info on the eibachs would be helpfull also.

Re: wk eibach vs h&r lowering springs.

First get the measurements for your stock springs and know how stiff they are.
Then get the spring rates for the Eibach and H&R and the installed heights and compare.

Eibach used to be known for using softer than stock springs to lower vehicles. This would cause serious problems on the track and even on the street with bottoming out and coil bind.

Dont know. You need to do your research and get the spring rate of the stock springs, the Eibach and H&R, and the SRT8 springs. How much does a WK SRT8 weigh? How much does your WK weigh? I would also replace the shocks f&r with Bilsteins? Talk to Bilstein before you buy about your springs etc. I would replace all the bushings etc. Might also look at Fox shocks.

What are you looking for out of these changes? How often do you go off road?
Do you just want to lower your GC?

Why are you making these changes?

Just dumping in SRT8 springs may not be the best option since they maybe shorter which would require different shocks and struts(?) to work correctly.

The srt springs are made by eibach with bilstien shocks
