Just ordered my 2nd HID kit from Xenondepot. My first was the Xtreme 6500K kit last May for my lows and absolutely love them. I could never have a car with stock halogen headlights again after driving around with these. I am trying the Volt 6000K kit for my fogs now since I hear they do not require a relay to operate properly. Cant wait to get them to install. Right now I have led bulbs in the fogs that match the HID's but they do not put out any useable light what so ever, so looking forward to really lighting up the road with the HID fogs. Review on those to follow once installed. A+ for xenondepot and for Steve for hooking me up with a great product.

Ughhhh. I just got an email stating the 6000K Volt Kit I ordered Monday the 5th is on backorder until the 18th. Would of bought the Xtreme kit instead if thats in stock because I want these things installed. Oh well,

The H10 kits sold out in both the Xtreme and Volt kits as a result of a post holiday rush. I am sorry for the delay however will do my best to get you the product as soon as possible.

Im just being impatient like always. Its not like I NEED them since my fogs are working, I just wanted them because im a little kid and get all excited when I get an idea in my head. The small wait will be worth it, plus maybe the weather will be a bit warmer anyways, its snowing out right now.

Ordered a 6000K Volt kit last Jan 6th, actually my GF bought me it for a christmas gift since thats what I wanted and wanted to order from XD again since I already have a low beam HID kit from them. I got an email back a day or two later saying it was out of stock and would have it air mailed to me asap the week of the 18th so I waited patiently, till that week came and went with no kit or email saying what the delay was. I had to write them again asking about it, then was told they dont know where the kits are and to wait patiently. Now its Feb 6th and still havent recieved the kit or had my money refunded. Trisha from Xenondepot has not bothered to respond back to me since Jan 26th where she told me to be patient. I dont know where my money is or the kit is. It has been over a month now. I am now fileing a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back hopefully. If a company is not or cannot send a customer a product then they should refund the money the customer paid asap, not just take the customers money and leave them in the dark. One full month is insane to have to wait for an HID kit, or even send the customer another equal or better product. Now I have to wait for the money to be refunded so I can order another HID kit for my fogs from another vendor, so hopefully if all goes well I will have my christmas gift HID fog lights sometime at the end of February. Thanks XD.

^ XD has been on vacation for awhile now, maybe that is why they did not get you an answer quick. But you are right if you are in contact with someone from XD via email and then they stop responding it sucks since email is so easy to keep up with and it takes no time at all to email someone a quick update.

Best of luck getting your kit, I plan on making purchases with XD in the future for all my HID crap, since I have heard nothing but great stuff from them

Sucks that it seems you got lost in the sauce.

I want to order from Tony on his site, since he gave me a better price and said his products are actually in stock and ready to be shipped and was more than happy to ship it out the next day for me. But I cannot order from him until the money I spent is returned to my GF's card. I am not about to order another kit, only to have this XD kit finally show up at my door and be stuck with shipping cost to send it back and prob a restocking fee they would most likely tack on since how I already have been treated. I hear the vacation thing, but thats bogus for the entire company to go on vaca at the same time and leave customers just waiting, go on vaca but hire someone to run the dam company in the mean time. I just went on there site again, and it still does not say ANYTHING about the Volt kit being out of stock. If thats the excuse, that they went on vaca, then thats no way to run a company when taking customers money. I wonder how many other people are screwed with having there money tied up for an HID kit from them since last month. It is just dishonest, if you dont have a product in stock and have NO CLUE when it will be in stock and plan on just running off on vacation then refund the customers money so they can buy elsewhere with a company that does have products to ship. To me thats like walking into a store going up to the cashier and saying you want product X then paying for it, only to have the cashier turn around and tell you they dont have it but to go home and just wait and they will ship it when they finally get it, and they give you a time frame of two weeks but after four weeks it still hasnt been delivered, so you call the store back and they dont bother answering. Steve from XD has really been great to deal with, gave me a good price on the H10 kit since im a returning customer, but over 1 month without getting a kit that was already paid for is insane and NO excuse for it. And not getting an email back from Trisha since the 26th and its now the 7th of Feb, 2 weeks almost, come on now. This has been one of the WORSTE experiences with ordering something online, and now know to contact the company first to find out when I will be getting what I paid for. I even stated in an email to Trisha how I felt I was being blown off, and she assured me that I was not being blown off. Having no kit at my door or the money refunded or no email responce back speaks for itself. My GF is more pissed than me, because she knew how excited I was to finally get HID's for my fogs, which thanks to XD will not happen for awhile now. What a waste of a month now, and im sure everyone else would be just as pissed. I am amazed that a company mainly selling HID kits has not had an H10 kit to send customers since Jan 6th (I actually ordered thru there site Sunday night on the 3rd and paid). I honestly feel my money(my GF's actually) was taken and I was completely blown off and to me that is not acceptable. I have all the emails sent to and from Trisha from XD saved if someone doubts what I have been going thru in the last month. Like I said, Steve from XD has been really great to deal with, thats why I am so surprised at what has happened and was not expecting it at all, or I never would of ordered from them. I just received an email from an online survey site asking about my experiences with XD and asking me to rate them so other potential buyers can check out the comments, so far its not looking so good for XD on my end. XD basically took my money and gave me the finger, right?? So I will do everything I can to give them the finger back until it is made right again. I go out of my way to post reviews about companys and people, from Ebay to Amazon to companys own sites, I even wrote a thumbs up review of the Xtreme 6500K HID kit on XD if people want to go see it, so I speak the truth. And now I am PISSED!!!!
