Well I am a satisfied Volt kit customer...I bought the 6k lows/fogs from XD and love them. Timmy I feel your pian; I was shipped the wrong bulbs for my fogs (should be H10's, but I think they are 9005's or something close to the H10's). Steve said I would have the H10 bulbs sometime in the beginning of Jan. and to date I have not rec'd them...BUT his communication and responses have put me at ease. While I have not rec'd my repalcement product, his info and responses have comforted me enough to wait. I'm sorry you didn't get the same communication...Thanks for the info Steve

Your order had been refunded in full last week as per my reply to your other post. Unfortunately the kit you ordered was out of stock due to circumstances beyond our control as they had to do directly with the manufacturer. Furthermore, you would have been refunded much sooner had you asked for a refund. I do apologize for the delay however any dates that were made available to you were based around dates that were made available to us. I would however be more than happy to post your correspondence with Trisha where she clearly responded to your email advising you that we can offer you a refund on the 26th. Your reply to that clearly stated that you wanted a refunded (which you got). Did you want a reply advising you that a refund had been processed?

No problem Brad. Sorry about the delay. The H10 bulbs are coming in today/tomorrow so as soon as they arrive they will ship out right away.

Steve, I just checked again and there is no sign of the money being refunded. And my order on your site still says "processing" instead of canceled or refunded. I do not know what is going on over there, but I just want the money refunded asap. Thanks.

Steve, im sorry but nice try bro. Me and my GF just checked her bank statement and the money was just refunded TODAY, Feb 11th. I dont know how to post it without giving her account info away, but I will print it out and scan it then post it on here. I am not going to allow you to act like you refunded the money before, thats complete BS bro. That "record" you sent me looks like you typed it up yourself, and the refund date said the 5th of Jan, how can you refund the money back on the 5th of Jan when I wasnt charged until Jan 6th??????? Oh, and I just checked your website and my order is FINALLY now closed out, where up till last night it still said "processing". Dude, I really thought you were a decent guy before, but after this crap your trying to pull, I wish you and your company the best and good luck to anyone who buys off you. I am now buying off Tony, who has kits half price you sell for and since talking to him im sure I wont get blown off.

And do me a favor, since im done dealing with your crap since I FINALLY have my money back today after it being over a month, do post my email responding back to Trisha, the email where you claim I "clearly" stated I wanted a refund and you didnt feel the need to write me a confimation email back saying my money will be refunded, when I came home everyday afterwards wondering if you finally sent my kit, which you never did. I have it saved if you cant find it.

Im not sure why is says Jan 5th, since I wasnt charge until Jan 6th and have emails from Trisha stateing that, want me to post them. And that is the exact thing you just sent me. So how was the money refunded back in time before I even ordered the kit, since you even said it was refunded last week which would be late Jan early Feb? Im not undersanding. Would you like me to post the actual credit card statements, showing when the money was debited from the account and then finally refunded today on the 11th??? I have them.

I dont like liars and cheats, and thats what you are doing right now Mr Steve.

Steve - Thank you. I rec'd my H10 bulbs today and everything fits great! I do have a question: Are the volt kits 6500K or 6K? These bulbs say 6500, as did the two original volt packages sent in December. You may want to change your website to reflect this and/or change the packaging and labels. Thanks again!!

Update: Xenondepot did refund the funds for the HID kit I had ordered from them over 1 month ago, so I am pleased about that, and I received my HID kit from Tony within 2 days of ordering, they are installed and working perfect. FINALLY I am happy.

So I got my Volt 6k 9006 kit the other day and got the relays.... but one seems to be missing. are you only suppose to get one relay for the hid kit???
